Role OverviewThe Banquet Manager oversees the coordination, execution, and successful delivery of all Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), ensuring high standards of service execution and maximizing guest satisfaction. The role involves working in close partnership with the Director of Sales and other cross-functional teams.

The Banquet Manager is responsible for event coordination, client collaboration, BEO management, team leadership, budget oversight, compliance management, operational improvements, vendor and partner relations, guest complaint resolution, and sales partnership support.

Requirements
- Four (4) year degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management
- At least five (5) years of banquet service experience, with three (3) years leading others
- Expertise in planning, organizing, and leading large-scale events
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Skilled in resolving issues quickly and efficiently
- Proficient in handling Banquet Event Orders and capable of managing multiple events simultaneously
- Experience in budget oversight, cost control, and maintaining relationships with vendors
