Job Description
Join our amazing team at Hyatt Regency Morristown, a newly renovated hotel featuring 256 guestrooms and 31,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space. As Banquet Manager, you'll oversee the execution of events, lead the banquet team, and provide exceptional service to guests.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2–4 years of banquet or food & beverage supervisory/management experience in a full-service hotel or event venue
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on management approach
  • Ability to read and execute detailed BEOs and manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
