Banquet Server - On Call - Harrah's Gulf Coast

Requirements

• Greet customers and take food and beverage orders in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
• Prepare food and beverage orders and deliver them in a timely manner in accordance with the banquet function specifications.
• Monitor guests' needs on a continual basis, ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest and work areas, including tables, chairs, counters, display shelves and storage as assigned.
• Perform all side work and stocking of supplies in accordance with venue standards
• Perform busperson duties to clear tables when guests have completed their meals
