Job Description
Banquet servers are responsible for food and drink service at hotel banquet functions. They make sure function space is visually appealing and present the menu offering for the event. This may include linen and table setting, food station design, and beverage service.

Requirements

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight.
  • Previous Banquet Serving experience preferred
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances.
