Role OverviewAs a Banquet Server, you'll be responsible for food and drink service at hotel banquet functions, ensuring the space is visually appealing and the menu is presented effectively. You'll also perform general banquet preparation, room refreshes, and maintain a sanitary environment.

Serve food and drinks, set up and maintain banquet spaces, and ensure a clean and safe environment for guests.

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to effectively communicate in a fast-paced environment is required
- Serve Safe and Tips Certification required
- DABS Certification required
- Food and Beverage experience is preferred
- A thorough understanding of Banquet Service preferred
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule; including morning and afternoon shifts with weekend and holiday availability
