Job Description
The primary duty is food and beverage service, prompt, efficient and friendly. All banquet servers should be flexible to adjust to the varying needs of each function.

Requirements

  • Discuss with the Banquet Captain the proper room set, place settings, required glassware, buffet set up, bar set up, times of service, and any special requests for the function.
  • Every piece of silverware, China, glassware, and service ware must be buffed before it is presented for use by our guests
  • Work with the other servers as a team to execute the entire function.
  • Be alert and attentive, try to anticipate the needs of the guests before they are aware of it.
  • All equipment must be returned to the proper storage areas at the end of each function.
