Role OverviewResponsible for producing a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds the guests' needs in a timely manner. Person has basic skills in department training and is capable of assuming department responsibilities in the absence of the Sous Chef.

Supervising of hourly cooks, monitoring payroll costs & overtime, and assisting in department responsibilities.

Requirements
- Minimum of three years of culinary experience
- Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Previous hotel experience ideal
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
