Job Description
The Banquets Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of all catering functions, coordinating with the Catering, Sales, and Culinary teams, and overseeing catering equipment maintenance and inventory.
Requirements
Five (5) or more years of experience in a food and beverage operational position
High level of computer literacy
Ability to lead others in the department by mentoring and providing training
Basic knowledge of banquet department operations
Excellent customer service/communication skills
Ability to work on AM, PM, weekend and holiday shifts
Valid current Food Handlers Card or willingness and ability to obtain one
