A Barback is responsible to shadow and support bartenders by refilling garnishes, polishing glasses, stacking napkins, hauling kegs, bringing glassware back from the dishwasher. The ideal Barback Candidate will have a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to lift a min of 30 lbs.
