Role OverviewAs a Barback at Tommy's Tavern + Tap, you are the behind-the-scenes hero of the bar. You support the bartenders by ensuring they have everything they need to deliver exceptional service.
What You Will Do
Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and bar tools throughout the shift. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including bar mats, sinks, and storage areas.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Physical stamina—must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a hospitality-driven environment
