Bar Helper, Brew Brothers-Full Time (weekends/evenings)

Requirements

• Maintain cleanliness of all bar areas, including counters, floors, sinks, and glassware
• Restock supplies such as ice, garnishes, napkins, and glassware throughout service
• Assist bartenders with setup and breakdown of bar stations
• Remove trash and recyclables regularly and safely
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Receive, organize, and store bar deliveries and inventory
• Occasionally assist with basic drink preparation under supervision
• Maintain par levels of operating supplies and equipment
• Check expiration dates and rotate products as needed
• Set up and maintain sanitizing buckets at each station
• Assist with deep cleaning and maintain all equipment, coolers, and storage areas
• Support bartenders during peak periods with prep and restocking
• Follow outlet policies and procedures for operational flow in each bar area
• Report any equipment issues or safety hazards promptly
• Provide exceptional internal customer service to bartenders and team members
