Requirements

  • Maintains cleanliness of bar areas
  • Restock supplies
  • Assist bartenders
  • Remove trash and recyclables
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Help receive and organize bar deliveries
  • Occasionally assist with basic drink prep
  • Maintains par levels of operating supplies and equipment
  • Checks expiration dates and rotate product
  • Set up sanitizing buckets
  • Assists with deep cleaning
