Role OverviewLead bar operations, develop the team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This leadership role works closely with the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Director of Beverage to oversee inventory, staff development, beverage quality, and overall bar performance.
What You Will Do
Manage liquor, beer, wine, and bar supply orders, maintain inventory levels, review invoices, coordinate seasonal menu changes, and lead, coach, and train bartenders.

- Previous bartending and leadership experience required
- Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation
