Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing daily operations, utilizing data to manage proactively, assisting with financial management, and ensuring the safety and security of guests and team members.

Requirements
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant/bar
- Computer skills – proficient in Aloha, Excel, Word, and the ability to learn in-house software accounting system
- Commitment to a schedule that allows operational goals to be met
- Ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for a period up to six (6) hours in length
- Ability to lift bus tubs, glass racks, and trays frequently weighing up to 25-50 pounds
