Job Description
Bar Manager responsible for managing all business aspects of the bar, including staffing, training, inventory, ordering, execution of operations and customer service. The position requires leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as experience managing a bar in a high-volume environment.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience managing a bar in a high-volume environment
  • Demonstrated understanding and training of various bartending techniques, methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
  • Cicerone Certification preferred
  • 4-Year Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Ability to work extended hours as required and/or during busy periods based on business needs
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, promoting excellent Puttery hospitality
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Supervising all bar and beverage preparation and ensuring strict adherence to food & beverage hygiene regulations
  • Recognizing, maintaining, and improving safety and sanitation in FOH
  • Accuracy and speed in handling “in-the-moment” conditions and providing solutions with hospitality and guest experience as a priority
