Role OverviewAs a Barback at Turfway Park Racing & Gaming, you will be responsible for keeping the VIP bar, Wells and Pop-up Bars, and restaurant bars fully stocked at all times. You will also be responsible for preparing garnishes, refilling ice wells, replenishing the bar with glasses, toothpicks, napkins, coasters, ice cubes, etc., restocking liquor bottles, changing beer kegs, and putting away shipments of liquor and beer.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include tracking opening and closing inventory levels, circulating throughout the assigned areas, including the smoking area, actively observing players and functioning of machines, and performing other duties as assigned by management.

This role requires a minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role, aptitude for multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to obtain a Kentucky Racing License.
