Role OverviewThe Barback is responsible for ensuring the bars are fully stocked, assisting bartenders in preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining the cleanliness of bar areas. This is a fast-paced position that involves constant customer interaction. The employee will work closely with the bar team to support daily operations and contribute to a positive team environment.
What You Will Do
Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks, refill ice bins, stock supplies, and replenish beverage ingredients as needed. Clean and sanitize bar areas, wash and store glassware, utensils, and bar equipment. Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, assisting with their needs and requests.
