Requirements

• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and other bar supplies.
• Clean and organize the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, washing glassware, and emptying trash.
• Assist bartenders with preparing garnishes and setting up the bar before opening.
• Refill ice bins and ensure ice is available throughout the shift.
• Collect and clean used glassware and return it to the bar.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to bartenders or managers.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Support bartenders during busy periods by helping with simple drink preparation or customer service
