Requirements

• Keep liquor room clean and organized.
• Make supervisors aware of low stock amounts on any items.
• Keep all bars stocked with beer, liquor, mixes and anything else the bars needed.
• Complete assigned duties from bartenders in a timely basis.
• Keep portable bar clean, stocked and ready for use.
• Change fryer oil.
• Be knowledgeable of all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
• Have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
