Role OverviewThe Barback position is a part-time role at The Sports & Social Club, a relaxed sports bar offering classic pub food and sports viewing. The Barback is responsible for performing basic prep work behind the bar, maintaining a clean environment, and providing customer service.
What You Will Do
The Barback will perform tasks such as refilling ice bins, restocking beer/liquor, cutting garnishes, and changing empty kegs. They will also assist in maintaining a clean and tidy environment, clear and clean the bar in a timely manner, and perform multiple tasks at once.

Requirements
- Food service experience
- General knowledge of bar/nightclub operations
- Must speak fluent English
- Must be at least age 18 or older
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card
- Reading and writing abilities
- Mathematical skills
- Ability to handle, carry or lift items weighing up to 200 pounds
