What You Will Do
The barista prepares and serves beverages, educates guests on drink menus, makes recommendations, and takes orders. As a cashier, you will process transactions, balance the cash drawer, and provide customer service.

Requirements
- Arrives in proper uniform and adheres to all grooming standards
- Sets up station according to cafe guidelines
- Prepares all beverages as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follows portion control and presentation specifications as set by the café
- Restocks all items as needed throughout shift
- Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills
- Has understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in station
- Acts as the front line customer service representative
- Demonstrates hospitality, respect, and kindness toward customers and fellow team members
- Follows all cash handling procedures as outlined
- Assists in financial accountability by correctly recording orders, receiving/giving change, and counting the drawer
