Job Description
Responsible for building and retaining guest relations, preparing workspace, and providing superior guest service. Secures and protects assets, obtains RAMP certification, and adheres to cash handling and SOPs.

Requirements

  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to stand for an extended period of time
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
  • Must be able to speak the English language fluently
  • Must be able to handle high-pressure situations
  • Previous barista experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills & ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to interface professionally with business contacts and customers
  • Strong understanding of hospitality industry helpful
