Job Description
Fresh Baguette is a fast-growing, artisanal bakery looking for a Full-Time Barista to join their team in the Washington, D.C., Maryland, or Virginia area. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, creating delicious baked goods and building meaningful relationships with customers.

Requirements

  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Open Availability to work Monday-Sunday
  • Availability to work peak busy periods including Holidays such as Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable transportation to work
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced customer-oriented environment
