Barista

As a Barista at Blank Street, you will provide exceptional customer service, create quality products, and work in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a team that is customer-centric and believes in serving a carefully curated menu with passion and precision. You will thrive in a team environment and help build a strong sense of community for both customers and teammates.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include delighting customers with consistent and welcoming service, working within a world-class coffee program, and maintaining Local Department of Health standards. You will also participate in initiatives to increase foot traffic, new customers, and daily sales, and develop a loyal neighborhood customer base.

Requirements

• 1+ years' experience in a customer service position, preferably in hospitality or coffee
• 18+ years of age
• Able to lift 25+ lbs, and to stand for long periods of time
• Availability that meets the needs of our cafes
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
