Barista

As a barista at Little James, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service and a high-quality product. You'll be responsible for maintaining quality store operations, contributing to store profitability, and taking responsibility to learn all aspects of the barista position.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in a customer service role strongly preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to interact with guests in a positive, hospitable manner
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
