Role OverviewBe part of our talented Food and Beverage team as Barista at the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort and Villas. Located in Greater Palm Springs, Grand Hyatt Indian Wells has completed a property-wide renovation and up branding from Regency to Grand. The property features 531 newly transformed luxury guestrooms, suites, casita-style villas, and two brand new Celebrity Chef food & beverage venues.
What You Will Do
The Barista will provide service in Camino Springs Market coffee-shop located on the property of the resort, preparing food and beverages in accordance with menu standards and provide a welcoming and clean environment for guests. Other responsibilities include payment processing using POS system, restocking product shelves, selling retail merchandise, and other responsibilities as assigned by managers.

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment is required. Refined verbal communication skills and the ability to stand for long periods of time are needed. Must be able to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds) and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
