Role OverviewAs a Barista at Blank Street, you will excel in fast-paced environments, enjoy collaborating with your team, and create quality products. Your role will be hospitality driven, taking pride in giving exceptional service leveling up the ordinary customer experience.
What You Will Do
Delight our customers with consistent, welcoming and engaging customer service, prepare the tastiest drinks using the best coffee equipment and product in the industry, and maintain Local Department of Health standards at all times.

Requirements
- 1+ years’ experience in a customer service position, preferably in hospitality or coffee
- 18+ years of age
- Able to lift 25+ lbs, and to stand for long periods of time
- Availability that meets the needs of our cafes
