Role Overview

The Bars and Nightlife Manager is responsible for leading a team of expertly trained professionals to execute innovative and experiential programming while driving a healthy bottom line. The position oversees the hotel's bar/beverage program, short and long-term planning, and day-to-day operations of the nightlife venues and related areas.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will direct and assist in the development of competitive promotional plans, monitor and maintain beverage inventory levels and costs, maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, manage beverage programming throughout all nightlife venues, and ensure that all operational systems and procedures are effective, efficient, and in place.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of restaurant/bar management experience, experience running shifts without supervision, and a solid understanding of the nightlife business and Nashville music scene. They must be able to work late nights and weekends, have a positive attitude, and possess excellent customer service skills with an obsession to detail.
