Role OverviewThe Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is a luxury hotel located in the Deer Valley ski resort, approximately 40 minutes from the Salt Lake City International Airport. The hotel is part of a new development with 17 ski lifts, ±1,600 residential units, 8 hotels, and ±1,350 rooms. As a Bartender - Banquets, you will be responsible for providing libations and offering customized recommendations to guests.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining an attractive bar, providing efficient service, and offering meaningful experiences to guests. You will be expected to be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards.

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 Years Old
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Must have current Alcohol server certification and/or food service permit as required by local or state government agency. Food service and/or other certification as required
