Job Description
Provides prompt, courteous beverage service to guests, while following all Department Service Standards and Bar Policies. Ensures the bar is stocked with all supplies and liquor, calculates ending inventories each month, and maintains assigned station in a clean and sanitary condition.

Requirements

  • High School graduate preferred
  • At least 2 years of prior fine dining bar experience as a bartender and use of POS systems
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Literacy and fluency in English
  • Above average communication and interactive skills
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
