Located on the lobby level of the Holiday Inn Suites, Coral Reef Restaurant offers an inviting island-inspired dining experience featuring innovative cuisine and local favorites. The bar program plays a central role in the guest experience, providing handcrafted cocktails and attentive service in a welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking a professional, energetic Bartender who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality to both hotel guests and local patrons.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of drink preparation or service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and focus on serving customers
  • Ability to remain calm when dealing with unruly and argumentative patrons
  • Ability to learn cash register software used by bar or restaurant
  • Completion of mixology, barkeeping, or other related training
  • At least one year of related experience preferred
  • Prolonged periods standing and preparing drinks
  • Ability to complete orders quickly and accurately
  • Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds
  • Must be legal drinking age or older
