Job Description
The Hotel: Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort is a luxury hotel in the Sonoran Desert, inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright's architecture. At Hyatt, we believe in the power of belonging and creating a culture of care. The position is for a Bartender at La Zozzona, a fine dining restaurant curated by Chef Richard Blais.

Requirements

  • Provide libations and offer customized recommendations
  • Maintain an attractive bar
  • Have a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Have refined verbal communication skills
  • Have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
  • Have previous bartending experience
  • Have open availability afternoon to evening including weekends and holidays
  • Have a valid AZ Food Handlers License
  • Have a valid AZ Liquor License
