Job Description
The Bartender serves alcoholic beverages, prepares drinks, and operates a cash register in accordance with company policies and liquor laws. The position requires excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Read, write legibly, understand and speak English
  • Excellent customer service/communication skills
  • Count money and change correctly
  • Know cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques
  • Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
  • Must maintain high appearance standards as prescribed by Beverage department.
