Role OverviewThe Bartender prepares and serves all alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages for guests, actively takes orders, conducts full and complete food/beverage service, and monitors guests' bar/dining experience.
What You Will Do
Take beverage orders, prepare and serve drinks, record drink orders, accept guest payment, wash and sterilize glassware, and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar.

Requirements
- Be 21 years of age
- Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the restaurant's trading area
- A flexible schedule is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Have knowledge of service and food and beverage, generally involving at least three years of front-of-the-house operations and/or assistant management positions
- Possess excellent basic math skills and can operate a cash register or POS system
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have the stamina to work 50 to 60 hours per week
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment, while still delivering on our promises to our guests, ensuring a team focused environment
