Job Description
We are looking for a Bartender to join our team at Miraval Austin Resort and Spa. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing libations and offering customized recommendations to guests. We offer a competitive base pay and a biweekly incentive program.

Requirements

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
  • Previous experience making craft cocktails
  • Knowledgeable about all spirits offered
  • Knowledge and desire to learn and speak about wine and beer
  • Understanding of state and local serving guidelines
