Job Description
Responsible for all aspects of the bar ranging from preparation to service, including mixing and serving drinks to customers, accounting for stock and supplies, and providing guidance to the Apprentice Bartender.

Requirements

  • 1-year prior bartending experience
  • Completed union apprenticeship program (Pour Card)
  • Knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes
  • Effective communication in English, both verbal and written form
  • Neat and professional appearance
  • Schedule flexibility (nights, weekends, holidays, overtime)
  • Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Completion of specialized bartending school (preferred)
