Job Description
Takes orders from guests, maintains a 2 minute production cycle, and prepares drink orders according to recipe. Operates cash register, provides fast and friendly service, and maintains a clean and stocked workstation.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must be able to read, write legibly, understand and speak English
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all Hard Rockers and guests
  • Must be able to count money and change correctly
  • Available to work required schedule, which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions
  • Must project a positive image
  • High energy level
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deal with people in a manner that shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
