Job Description

Provide excellent service to guests, keep the bar area cleaned and stocked, and assist the Bartender with various duties.

Requirements

Must be able to interact with high profile guests and celebrities while maintaining a professional demeanor
Greet and welcome all guests in a pleasant and professional manner
Be a brand advocate by providing Guests with accurate information regarding our venues, menus and pricing
Clean bar area, including bar tops, sinks, glasses, refrigerators and other bar appliances
Process all cash transactions by accepting money and making necessary change accurately
May not work out of another person’s cash drawer and must follow the Cash Handling Policy
