Job Description
The primary responsibility of the bartender is to provide prompt, courteous service to all restaurant patrons. Prepare drinks, keep the bar area cleaned and always stocked, and represent the Martha Stewart brand positively.
Requirements
Arrive on time, fully dressed, clean, and prepared with all proper work cards, credentials and uniform.
Passionately inform guests about Martha Stewart, her history, and current business endeavors.
Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area before, during, and after the shift.
Operate the cash register accurately and timely.
Close the bar by disposing all trash, expired product, and waste; return food and beverage product to the proper storage facility; alert management of any maintenance issues or missing product.
