Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Bartender to join our team at The Custom House in Avila Beach. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant setting and be able to create exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of food service regulations
  • Prior experience as a Bartender or server
  • Wine and Spirit knowledge
  • Able to keep up in a fast-paced work environment
  • Able to stay on your feet for an extended period of time and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Able to pass a background authorization
