Bartender

Requirements

• Maintains professional appearance and demeanor throughout shift
• Interact effectively and courteously with all guests and team members
• Responsible for taking beverage orders, preparing drinks correctly, and returning orders in a timely manner
• Responsible for enforcing guest intoxication limitations and company policy
• Develop and maintain positive guest relations, resolve minor disputes, and ensure safety and security
• Stock bar items, fill ice bins, replenish juice, empty garbage, mop floors, and keep areas clean
• Accept feedback and coaching from supervisors
