  • Assist with the service of food and beverages to members and guests at the bar
  • Know members' names, greet them promptly, and provide a warm and personalized experience
  • Accurately execute member and guest orders and requests in a timely manner
  • Address and resolve member and guest complaints professionally
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menu, including daily features and specials
