Job Description
Bartenders play a critical role in creating memorable guest experiences and driving the energy of our concepts. They are responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality, ensuring guest satisfaction, and executing the OTG steps of service to the highest standards.

Requirements

  • Deliver warm, memorable hospitality with every interaction
  • Guide guests through our menu with enthusiasm
  • Anticipate guest needs before they have to ask
  • Work closely with your team to keep the dining floor running smoothly
  • Handle orders, payments, special requests with accuracy and a positive attitude
  • Prepare drinks following OTG recipes and ensure they are delivered in a timely manner
  • Support with moving and installing kegs of beer, CO2 tanks, and soda guns
  • Communicate with Chefs and Managers to ensure food is delivered to guests in a timely manner
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required
  • Inform leadership team of low inventory and equipment issues
  • Notify the Manager on Duty (MOD) of guest feedback or concerns
