Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of bartending experience in a high-volume bar, restaurant, lounge, or hotel
  • Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, modern mixology trends, spirits, wine, and beer
  • Ability to upsell naturally and read guests well
  • Strong, clear verbal communication skills
  • Experience with POS systems, cash handling, bar prep, and inventory basics
