Job Description
We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As a Bartender, you will make and serve guests delicious beverages, create memorable dining experiences, and contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Requirements

  • Stocks bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages, assists in cost control, and maintains inventory records.
  • Assists department leaders with the creation of seasonal cocktails and the development of the menu.
  • Maintains inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products.
  • Ensures compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by management.
  • Communicates guest requests and concerns to the Department Manager.
  • Performs opening and closing duties, which include, but are not limited to, inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking.
  • Accountable for checks and cash transactions. Utilizes the Point-of-Sale System.
  • Reviews banquet schedule for changes, special events, and calendar updates.
  • Serves catered parties from service or portable bars.
  • On occasion, will serve meals to guests.
  • Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Performs other duties as required.
