What You Will Do

Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. Create exceptional experiences through friendly, personalized member service. Build relationships with members and guests while learning preferences and making recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Wisconsin Responsible Beverage Server Certification and Operator's License (or ability to obtain upon hire) required.
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Demonstrated understanding of applicable health, safety, and liquor regulations.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Excellent hospitality, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
