Role OverviewThe Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender to join our incredible team at Blue Mojito Bar, our vibrant waterfront destination located in the heart of Old Town Key West.
What You Will Do
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences, maintain a clean bar area, and ensure a positive guest experience under outdoor conditions.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure, including in outdoor weather conditions
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Certification in responsible alcohol service
- Experience with POS systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, work outdoors, and lift heavy items
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
