Bartender

Under general supervision, obtains guest’ beverage orders, ensures accurate and timely service of all orders by working with bar personnel. Maintains the cleanliness of the casino bars and ensures adequate stock levels of supplies.

Maintains and ensures checklist to completion including but not limited to opening and closing procedures. Provides prompt, courteous beverage service to all guest.

• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
• Participates in liquor pull ensuring compliance with all Missouri Gaming Commission regulations.
• Adhere to rules pertaining to Caesars Rewards card membership while working in Lounge.
• Monitors guest consumption of alcohol by providing responsible alcohol service.
• Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
• Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays.
• Cleans bars, work areas and tables.
• Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
• Operates a cash register/POS system, ringing proper amounts into the register.
