Requirements

  • Deliver high standards of service as outlined in the F&B service training program.
  • Assist with the service of food and beverages to members and guests.
  • Accurately execute member and guest orders and requests in a timely manner.
  • Prepare the bar area for service and maintain cleanliness.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of a la carte menu.
  • Ensure all liquor items are properly stocked.
  • Professional appearance and adherence to company policies.
