Bartender

Requirements

• Maintains and ensures checklist to completion
• Provides prompt, courteous beverage service
• Maintains integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities
• Serve wine, and bottled or draft beer
• Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar and bitters, to prepare cocktails and other drinks
• Adhere to company policy by measuring all drinks using either the Berg system or a Jigger
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
• Participates in liquor pull ensuring compliance with all Missouri Gaming Commission regulations
• Adhere to rules pertaining to Caesars Rewards card membership while working in Lounge
• Monitors guest consumption of alcohol by providing responsible alcohol service
• Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment
• Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays
• Cleans bars, work areas and tables
• Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks
• Operates a cash register/POS system, ringing proper amounts into the register
